Returns

At A1 Sound we like to be fair, and all we ask is for your patience should something be wrong with your purchase, we will do everything in our power to resolve any problem as fast and a painless as possible for all concerned.

Distance Selling Act 2000 - your right to cancel

As a consumer you have the right to cancel any order deemed as a distance order, this includes telephone or internet orders. Any goods returned to us must be in original packing, undamaged and unused, with all accessories. If you decide to cancel then you must first inform us in writing and return the goods within seven working days of receipt of the goods at your own cost, the goods must be insured as we will not accept the liability for goods damaged in transit.

We are entitled to deduct from any refund we offer, the cost of any parts missing or damaged, and a restocking fee will apply if the goods have been fully unboxed or used.

Fraud

To assist us in the prevention of fraud, if any of the details provided do not match or bring up an alert with our payment scheme, we may request further proof of identity. This may be a faxed copy of a utility bill, credit card bill, or a posted copy. If this is not provided then it could delay or prevent the shipping of the goods.

In the event we are not satisfied with the information provided, a refund will be issued within the time specified by the distance selling act.

If fraud is committed all information will be passed on to the relative authorities.

Warranty

All products supplied by A1 Sound will have a twelve-month manufacturer's warranty unless stated otherwise.

Should your product develop a fault in the first 14 days of delivery then the item will be collected and a new one will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please be sure the product is faulty and it is not something that you have overlooked. If the product is returned to us and found not to be faulty, then a fee will be implemented to cover collection and delivery costs and possible restocking.

Should you suspect the product to be faulty then please contact us immediately for technical assistance on 0114 230 9211.

Please be aware that any product returned to A1 sound should be done so in its original packaging complete with all accessories and proof of purchase, where possible.

Should the product develop a fault after 14 days you should first call for technical assistance on 0114 230 9211. If the fault can not be rectified over the phone, you may need to return the goods back to us at your own cost, but where ever possible we will attempt collection back from you via the manufacturer, Please make sure the goods where possible are in original packing. If collection can not be arranged and you have to return the goods back to A1 Sound, please make sure they have ample insurance as we are not liable for any damage in transit.

We will then at our discretion either repair or replace the goods as fast as possible.

Please be aware that the images on our website offer a fair representation of both colour and finish of products, and that due to varied settings on many PC monitors we cannot guarantee the colour you see online will be the same shade of colour you receive or a perfect match to any existing piece of furniture or product.

Due to manufacturers restrictions some products on our website are only available in store and cannot be sold as mail order products. Therefore should you wish to purchase any of these items please call 0114 230 9211 to arrange a demonstration in store at your convenience.

Always keep original packing throughout the warranty period, and if possible as long as you can.

The warranty does not cover physical or cosmetic damage/abuse/fire/theft/commercial use/attempted repair by unauthorised persons.
