Kandy integrated is now refined way beyond what would be expected of amplifiers approaching almost twice its price! The new Kandy sounds delicate yet powerful, far more dynamic yet so musical and easy to listen to. The sound stage and musicians have the realistic ‘sound’ and ‘air’ about them that is achieved by only some of the highest class amplifiers around. This ‘little’ fellow now sets a new standard for affordable hi-end amplifiers in its class.
The new L.III Kandy integrated benefits from totally revised amplifier internals. The mains transformer and the AC circuitry are now moved to one side away from the amplifier main circuits thus dramatically reducing AC noise interference. After rectification circuitry, the power supply layout, distribution and tracking to different sections of the amplifier have been greatly improved.

After a few emails and a lengthy phone conversation, we decided on the Roksan, Received within a couple of days, and after a short running in time, the system sounds full of life without being brash or over the top, our speakers are some older Kef and we now think the roksan deserves a little better, although we are thinking of staying with the Kef brand as we have had many years out of these, we are contemplating the new iQ 7 or the iQ 9 and after talking with shaun We think our choice has been made.

After all the stunning reviews on this product, i had to go and see for myself, I have to say I was blown away with the sonic capability of this combo, i listened to it with the kef iq7, which has to be said is a good combination, they just seen to gel together with the roksan, I just had to have the set up, ordered and paid for it on the day, and it was with me before the weekend, now up and running, sounds better at home than it did in the shop, so even more pleased.

Having had demonstrations on quite a few systems, I had read all about the Roksan and thought I would have to investigate, from the second the system was up and running there was only one system that I wanted, others i listened to were a little more money, but were not close on performance of the Kandy, so I got a better system, and saved a few pounds in the process, very happy with the level of service i received from a1 sound Shaun was very helpful and had good taste in music which is unusual these days, nice to see some of the old school are still in the industry.

Through a process of demonstrations and reading tests, i narrowed it down to two systems, on the final visit my mind had been made up, the Roksan ticked all the boxes for me, build quality, reliability, value for money and last but not least the sound quality, the other nice thing with the system is the upgrade path that you can take by adding on the power amp, which i will do very soon,
A1 sound gave good advice and a good allround service from date of order i had the system set up in my house within two days.

This is a five star combination, and the free upgrade interconnect is much appreciated, and makes a world of difference, but i do not think you would want to use any other lesser interconnect on the system, i find it to be very musical and full rich sound, i did listen t it in the shop and the same deal applied so i bought it there and then.
Very pleased with all aspects of my purchase, product and dealer are highly recommended.
